Should I check with a doctor before trying your moves?
Yes, please. Golf moves your whole body, so it counts as physical activity. Check with your doctor before starting any new exercise.
If anything hurts, stop. My books and letters are general instruction, not medical advice.
Your books
What do I get when I buy a book, and how can I use it?
Each book is a digital PDF, sold alone or in a set of three. Nothing comes in the mail.
Hotmart emails you the link. Your books are always at consumer.hotmart.com, with the email you used to buy.
It's a personal licence: you may read it and print a copy for yourself. Don't share, resell, upload or copy it for anyone else.
Paying
Who processes my payment, and what can I use?
The secure checkout is run by Hotmart, a payment platform. It processes your payment and is the seller of record at checkout.
You can use a card, PayPal or Apple Pay. The price is what the checkout shows you. Hotmart's own terms and privacy policy apply there.
The membership
What happens after the free days of the membership?
The Nicole Reyes Golf Membership is letters by email: a weekly move on one page, and more. Questions? Just reply to a letter.
It begins with 7 days free. Then it's charged monthly until you cancel.
To cancel, sign in at consumer.hotmart.com. Open the membership, go to payment settings, choose cancel subscription. Or email me and I'll help. Cancelling doesn't refund months already passed.
Every body is different
Will I get the same distance as other golfers?
Not necessarily. Results vary from one body to the next. I don't promise yards or scores.

Is that really Nicole in the pictures?
Those pictures of me are illustrations, not photos.

Who owns the books, letters and pictures?
Nicole Reyes Golf owns all books, letters, text and pictures. You may use them for yourself only.
Responsibility
How far does your responsibility go?
Where the law allows it, indirect losses are not my responsibility. At most, I'm responsible for what you paid.
Your consumer rights under the law stay exactly as they are. Nothing here takes them away.
Changes
Will these terms ever be updated?
They might be. When they are, this page and its “Last updated” date change too.
