How long until the refund shows up?

The money returns to the card or PayPal you used. Banks usually show it in 5–10 business days.

What if I cancel before the 7 free days end?

Then you're charged nothing. The 7 free days cost you nothing if you cancel inside them.

Does the 15-day guarantee apply to the membership?

It covers the first membership payment, under the same 15-day money-back guarantee.

Letters keep arriving until your paid month ends. After that, no more charges. Past months aren't refunded.

An unexpected charge

I forgot to cancel and got charged. Now what?

Email me within 15 days of that charge. The same goes for a charge made by mistake. I'll look into it.

Unsubscribe ≠ cancel

Does unsubscribing from letters end my membership?

No. Unsubscribing only stops the emails. Your membership payment keeps going.

Can I still contact you once the 15 days are over?

Of course. The guarantee window is closed by then, but if something's wrong, tell me.
